No se trata de patinar sin rumbo, sino de organizar tus sesiones para avanzar paso a paso. Por ejemplo, quien busca mejorar la t\u00e9cnica se enfocar\u00e1 m\u00e1s en control y equilibrio; quien busca resistencia, en distancia y ritmo constante.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\ud83d\udcc5 2. Divide la semana por tipos de entrenamiento<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Una rutina equilibrada debe alternar distintos tipos de trabajo:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>D\u00eda 1: T\u00e9cnica y control.<\/strong><br>Practica giros, frenadas, postura y equilibrio. Dedica al menos 40 minutos a pulir movimientos.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>D\u00eda 2: Cardio y resistencia.<\/strong><br>Rodadas de ritmo constante entre 45 y 60 minutos. Ideal para parques o ciclov\u00edas.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>D\u00eda 3: Fuerza y estabilidad (sin patines).<\/strong><br>Ejercicios de piernas, abdomen y gl\u00fateos: sentadillas, planchas, zancadas.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>D\u00eda 4: Descanso activo.<\/strong><br>Caminata ligera o estiramientos para recuperar m\u00fasculos.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>D\u00eda 5: Velocidad y coordinaci\u00f3n.<\/strong><br>Intervalos cortos, sprints, o juegos de reacci\u00f3n sobre patines.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\ud83e\udde0 3. Calienta antes y estira despu\u00e9s<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Muchos patinadores se saltan esta parte y es un error.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Calentamiento (10 min):<\/strong> movimientos articulares, trote ligero y ejercicios de equilibrio.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Estiramiento (10-15 min):<\/strong> despu\u00e9s de patinar, enf\u00f3cate en piernas, espalda baja y cuello para prevenir lesiones y mejorar flexibilidad.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\ud83d\udcaa 4. No todo se entrena sobre ruedas<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Fortalecer tu cuerpo fuera de los patines es clave. Agrega ejercicios funcionales y de equilibrio para tobillos y core. Yoga, pilates o entrenamiento con bandas el\u00e1sticas pueden mejorar tu desempe\u00f1o sobre ruedas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u23f1\ufe0f 5.
